DEMOLITION CURING FACILITY AND METHOD OF DEMOLISHING EXISTING BUILDINGS USING THE SAME
To make it possible to install curing units even when an excess space available outside an existing building to be demolished is small, and to prevent debris etc. generated during demolition work from falling and scattering onto a neighboring land adjacent to the existing building to be demolished.SOLUTION: In a curing facility for demolition work equipped with a curing unit 30 for preventing falling and scattering which is installed on outside of an existing building B during demolition work of the existing building B, the curing unit 30 includes: a plurality of longitudinal frame members 31 arranged at a predetermined interval in a horizontal direction along an exterior wall surface in a state close to the exterior wall surface of the existing building B; a plurality of curing panels 32 provided between adjacent longitudinal frame members 31; and a plurality of fasteners for securing the longitudinal frame members 31 to an exterior wall W of the existing building B while the whole weight of the curing unit 30 is borne by the existing building B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】解体する既存建物の外側に確保できる余剰スペースが狭い場合であっても、養生ユニットの設置を可能にして、解体作業時に発生する瓦礫などが、解体する既存建物に近接する隣地に落下・飛散するのを防止できるようにする。【解決手段】既存建物Bの解体作業時に当該既存建物Bの外側に設置される落下・飛散防止用の養生ユニット30を備えた解体工事用養生設備において、養生ユニット30には、既存建物Bの外壁面に近接した状態で、当該外壁面に沿って横方向に所定間隔を置いて配置される複数の縦フレーム材31と、隣接する縦フレーム材31の間に備えられる複数の養生パネル32と、養生ユニット30の全重量を既存建物Bに負担させる状態で、縦フレーム材31を既存建物Bの外壁Wに固定する複数の固定具とが含まれている。【選択図】図2
