To provide a slope collapse occurrence probability estimation model learning device that estimates the slope collapse occurrence probability with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: The inventive device comprises a learning data set acquisition unit that acquires situation data including predisposition information, which is information about a slope, and incentive information, which is information about the rain falling on the slope, and a correct label indicating whether slope collapse occurs when a slope that meets the conditions shown by the situation data is subjected to a rain that meets the conditions shown by the situation data, a slope collapse occurrence probability estimation unit that estimates the slope collapse occurrence probability of the slope in the situation indicated by the situation data using a slope collapse occurrence probability estimation learning model, which is a machine learning model for estimating the slope collapse occurrence probability of the slope, and an update unit that updates the slope collapse occurrence probability estimation learning model so as to reduce the difference based on the difference between the estimation result of the slope collapse occurrence probability estimation unit and the correct label.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
