To provide a ceiling structure capable of extremely facilitating construction using simple materials (interior/exterior combined board material and holding material), and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A disclosed ceiling structure includes: a ceiling material 1 comprising a pair of protrusions 12, 12' each of which has an engaging part formed upward protruding near the base end at the left and right of a face plate, a pair of support surface portions 13, 13' extending outward from the upper end of the protrusion 12, 12', and a pair of folded parts 14, 14' in which the tip of each of the support surface parts 13, 13' is folded downward; and a holding member 2 that has the horizontal support base 21. The support surface portions 13, 13' of the ceiling materials 1, 1 adjacent to the left and right are connected in an overlapping manner on the support base portion 21 of the holding member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】用いる部材（天井材及び保持部材）が簡易で、しかも施工を極めて容易に行うことができる天井構造、及びその施工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の天井構造は、面板部の左右に、上方へ立ち上げられると共に基端付近に係合部を備える立上り部１２，１２'、該立上り部１２，１２'の上端から外側へ延在される支持面部１３，１３'、該支持面部１３，１３'の先端が折り下げられた折下げ部１４，１４'、を備える天井材１と、水平状の支持台部２１を備える保持部材２と、からなり、左右に隣り合う天井材１，１の支持面部１３，１３'が、保持部材２の支持台部２１上にて重合状に接続されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
