CEILING SURFACE GRINDING METHOD USING VEHICLE FOR GRINDING CEILING SURFACE
To provide a ceiling surface grinding method using a vehicle for grinding a ceiling surface, capable of promptly and efficiently grinding a grinding location on a ceiling surface.SOLUTION: A ceiling grinding method includes the following steps for: driving a high place working vehicle 40 to a location of grinding; lifting a working deck 41 at the location of grinding for bringing a ceiling surface grinding unit 10 close to a ceiling surface; adjusting an inclination of the ceiling surface grinding unit 10 by controlling driving of a lifting jack 15 while making a non-contact measurement of a distance from the ceiling surface 50, so that a traveling surface of a dry-type grinder 30 would be parallel with the ceiling surface 50; lifting the ceiling surface grinding unit 10 until the contact sensor 17 comes in contact with the ceiling surface 50, by driving the lifting jack 15 installed on the four sides simultaneously and while maintaining the parallel state with the ceiling surface 50; and grinding the ceiling surface 50 by moving the dry-type grinder 30 on a mobile rail 18 while pressing a cutting disc 36a against the ceiling surface 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井面の研掃箇所において、速やかに、効率良く研掃作業を行なうことのできる天井面研掃用車両による天井面研掃方法を提供する。【解決手段】高所作業車40を運転して研掃箇所まで移動する工程と、移動した研掃箇所において、作業デッキ41を上昇させて天井面研掃ユニット10を天井面に接近させる工程と、天井面50との距離を非接触で計測しながら昇降ジャッキ15の駆動を制御して、乾式研掃機30の走行面が天井面50と平行となるように天井面研掃ユニット10の傾きを調整する工程と、四方に設置された昇降ジャッキ15を同時に駆動して天井面50と平行な状態を保持したまま、接触センサー17が天井面50と接触するまで天井面研掃ユニット10を上昇させる工程と、切削ディスク36aを天井面50に押し付けた状態で、乾式研掃機30を移動レール部18に沿って移動させることで天井面50を研掃する工程とを含んでいる。【選択図】図1
