To provide a protruding corner member that is inconspicuous in appearance, and a protruding corner structure provided with the protruding corner member.SOLUTION: A protruding corner member 2 has a wide portion 46 and a narrow portion 47. The wide portion 46 is exposed on a surface side of one wall material 61 which is one of two adjacent wall materials 61 and 62 at the protruding corner of the building. The narrow portion 47 is exposed on a surface side of the other wall material 62 which is the other of the two wall materials 61 and 62. A width of the narrow portion 47 is narrower than a width of the wide portion 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
