To provide an inundation prevention structure of a house that can effectively prevent water from entering the inside from the lower end side of a waterproof sheet and that can be easily constructed relatively easily and at low cost even by a resident of an existing house for preventing inundation indoors due to torrential rain, etc., or an inundation prevention method of a house with this structure, or a set for inundation prevention of a house with this structure.SOLUTION: The inundation prevention structure includes a plurality of seat support members 3 supported by a linear member 1 supported by support metal fittings fixed to the outer wall of a house and arranged so as to surround the house, a waterproof sheet whose upper end is supported by the sheet support member 3 and covers a house or the like, and a water blocking material in which a recess for fitting the water blocking material is formed at the upper end and that is fitted with the lower end side of the waterproof sheet clamped by the recess for fitting the water blocking material formed in the water blocking member constructed so as to surround the house and its accessories as a whole and that has a length in the length direction of the waterproof sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】防水シートの下端側から内部に水が侵入することを有効に防止することができ、また、既設の住宅の住人等であっても容易に集中豪雨等による屋内への浸水を比較的容易に且つ低コストで施工することができる住宅の浸水防止構造又はこの構造とする住宅の浸水防止工法若しくはこの構造とする住宅の浸水防止用セットを提供する。【解決手段】住宅の外壁に固定された支持金具に支持され住宅を囲むように配置された線状材１に支持された複数のシート支持部材３と、シート支持部材３により上端側が支持され住宅等を覆う防水シートと、上端には止水材嵌合用凹部が形成され、全体で住宅及び附属物を囲むように施工された止水部材に形成された止水材嵌合用凹部に防水シートの下端側を挟んだ状態で嵌合されてなり防水シートの長さ方向に長さを有する止水材とを備えてなる。【選択図】図８
