CORRUGATED CARDBOARD ASSEMBLING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a corrugated cardboard assembling device in which magnets are used as connectors of box bodies and plate bodies for constituting the corrugated cardboard assembling device, and thereby the box bodies can be connected with the box bodies easily.SOLUTION: A corrugated cardboard assembling device comprises box bodies 11. In the box bodies 11, there are provided box body outer faces 12 and multiple box body notch holes 14 penetrating through inner surfaces of the box bodies. In the box body notch holes 14, magnet cartridges 51 are fitted. The magnet cartridges 51 comprise magnet cartridge lid bodies 52 and magnet cartridge acceptors 55 where magnet cartridge lid body outer walls are brought into contact and fitted to magnet cartridge acceptor inner walls. Magnets 61 are subsumed in the inside of the magnet cartridges 51. Magnet cartridge acceptor flange surfaces of the magnet cartridge acceptors 55 are pasted and fixed in the inner surfaces of the box bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】段ボール組立装置を構成する箱体・板体の連結具として磁石を使用することにより、箱体と箱体とを容易に連結することができる、段ボール組立装置を提供する。【解決手段】箱体１１からなり、箱体１１には箱体外面１２と箱体内面を貫通する複数の箱体切欠き孔１４を設け、箱体切欠き孔１４には磁石カートリッジ５１を嵌め入れ、磁石カートリッジ５１は磁石カートリッジ蓋体５２を、磁石カートリッジ蓋体外壁を磁石カートリッジ受体内壁に接して嵌め込む磁石カートリッジ受体５５からなり、磁石カートリッジ５１内部に磁石６１を包摂し、磁石カートリッジ受体５５の磁石カートリッジ受体フランジ表面を箱体内面に貼付固着した段ボール組立装置とした。【選択図】図３
