To provide a cushioning sheet which maintains adhesion between the cushioning sheet and a floor finishing material even when used for a long period of time and hardly causes peeling and swelling of the floor finishing material when a floor structure (6) is constructed by pasting the floor finishing material (8) on the cushioning sheet (1) with an adhesive (10).SOLUTION: There is provided the cushioning sheet (1) placed between a substrate (7) and the floor finishing material (8). The cushioning sheet (1) comprises a foam layer (2) and a surface layer (3) laminated on at least one side of the foam layer. The surface layer (3) is a layer which prevents the permeation of the adhesive (10) used when installing the floor finishing material or a solvent component of the adhesive. The surface layer (3) preferably includes an adhesive affinity material layer (5) and an adhesive impermeable resin layer (4) provided on one side of the adhesive affinity material layer. The adhesive impermeable resin layer (4) is bonded to the foam layer (2) by heat sealing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】緩衝シート（１）の上に床仕上げ材（８）を接着剤（１０）で張り付けて床構造（６）を施工したときに、長期間使用しても、緩衝シートと床仕上げ材の接着が維持され、床仕上げ材の剥がれや膨れが発生しにくい緩衝シートを提供する。【解決手段】下地（７）と床仕上げ材（８）との間に設置される緩衝シート（１）であって、緩衝シート（１）は発泡体層（２）および発泡体層の少なくとも片面に積層された表層（３）を含み、前記表層（３）が床仕上げ材の施工時に使用する接着剤（１０）または前記接着剤の溶剤成分を浸透させない層であることを特徴とする。表層（３）は好ましくは接着剤親和性材料層（５）および接着剤親和性材料層の片面に設けられた接着剤不透過性樹脂層（４）を含み、接着剤不透過性樹脂層（４）が発泡体層（２）に熱融着により結合している。【選択図】図２
