CROSSING STRUCTURE
To provide a crossing structure capable of suppressing depression of a side surface of a member when two members extending in different directions are joined at a crossing portion.SOLUTION: In the crossing structure, notches 15 and 25 are formed in both a first member 11 and a second member 21, and a pressure receiving member 31 fitted therein is used. The pressure receiving member 31 includes: a second protective portion 46 that contacts an inner wall surface 16 of the notch 15 of the first member 11; and a first protective portion 44 that contacts an inner wall surface 24 of the notch 25 of the second member 21. The first protective portion 44 is aligned parallel to a side surface 14 of the first member 11, and the second protective portion 46 is aligned parallel to a side surface 26 of the second member 21. As a result, when a load that changes a crossing angle between the first member 11 and the second member 21 acts, the first protective portion 44 pushes back the inner wall surface 24 of the second member 21, so that the side surface 14 of the first member 11 is protected, and the side surface 26 of the second member 21 is similarly protected, and its depression can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異なる方向に伸びる二部材の交差部で双方を結合する場合において、部材側面の陥没を抑制可能な交差構造を提供すること。【解決手段】この交差構造は、第一材11と第二材21との二部材の双方に切り欠き15、25を形成し、そこに嵌まり込む受圧具31を用いており、この受圧具31は、第一材11の切り欠き15の内壁面16に接触する第二防護部46と、第二材21の切り欠き25の内壁面24に接触する第一防護部44と、を備えている。そして第一防護部44は、第一材11の側面14と平行に揃え、第二防護部46は、第二材21の側面26と平行に揃える。その結果、第一材11と第二材21との交角を変化させるような荷重が作用した場合、第一防護部44が第二材21の内壁面24を押し返すため、第一材11の側面14が保護され、同様に第二材21の側面26も保護され、その陥没を抑制可能である。【選択図】 図1
