MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ORNAMENT MODULE AND ORNAMENT MEMBER
To provide a manufacturing method that allows a muntin style ornament module with traditional beauty to be volume-produced with material excellent in strength and durability more inexpensively and efficiently than conventional ones.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is designed by combining the following steps in which: a cylindrical member 2 having an outer periphery 21 forming a polygonal cross section with a hollow part 22 in the same cross section defined inside thereof, is formed by extrusion molding with aluminum alloy or rigid resin [S1]; the cylindrical member 2 is cut and formed into a basic assembly piece 20 [S2]; a multiple-piece member 3 that divides the hollow part 22 of the cylindrical member 2 into multiple spaces is formed by extrusion molding with aluminum alloy or rigid resin [S3]; the multiple-piece member 3 is cut and formed into a leaf assembly piece 30 [S4]; and the leaf assembly piece 30 is inserted into and engaged with the inside of the hollow part 22 of the basic assembly piece 20, thereby forming an ornament module 10 with a muntin style, geometry pattern [S5].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】伝統的な造形美を有する組子風の装飾モジュールを、強度および耐久性に優れた材料で、従来よりも安価かつ効率的に量産し得る製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本製造方法は、外周部21が多角形状断面をなし、内側に同一断面の中空部22が画成された筒状部材2をアルミ合金または硬質樹脂の押出成形で形成する工程[S1]と、筒状部材2を切断して地組ピース20を形成する工程[S2]と、筒状部材2の中空部22を複数箇所の空間に分割する多片状部材3をアルミ合金または硬質樹脂の押出成形で形成する工程[S3]と、多片状部材3を切断して葉組ピース30を形成する工程[S4]と、葉組ピース30を地組ピース20の中空部22内に嵌挿して結合することにより組子風の幾何学文様を有する装飾モジュール10を形成する工程[S5]と、を組み合わせて構成される。【選択図】図1
