【課題】 通常の水道ハンドルは細菌・ウィルス・汚れ等が付着した手で操作するために、その付着物がハンドルに移行し、絶えずそれらが付着した状態になっている。そこで、水道水を、手（洗浄対象物）を洗い清潔にする目的で使用しても水道水止水時のハンドル操作によってハンドルへ付着していた細菌・ウィルス・汚れ等の付着物が再度手へ移行する事に成る。その移行を減らす事が目的。【解決手段】 本発明品は水道使用時継続的に、ハンドル全体が上部からシャワー状の水道水を浴びるようになり、手（洗浄対象物）及び、ハンドルも同時に洗浄する事が出来るようになる。【選択図】図４
