To provide a pipeline water level risk assessment method and a pipeline water level measurement value recording device that enable trend analysis of unknown water, which is one of the factors of a water level risk, by simply identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the water level risk at more observation points and selecting a sewer pipeline with the water level risk, in order to comprehensively diagnose an overall water level risk in the sewer pipeline.SOLUTION: A pipeline water level risk assessment method and a pipeline water level measurement value recording device comprise: measuring a water level in each pipeline 3 using a water level gauge 2 disposed in the pipeline 3 at a plurality of observation points L; recording a measured water level every day and every unit time; and displaying a ratio of the measured water level to a diameter D of each pipeline 3 on sunny days and rainy days in rows and columns of a water level risk matrix table 21 as the water level risk on the sunny days and the water level risk on the rainy days using a rain gauge 52 or a record of a rainfall measurement value per unit time for each day of public, the record of the measured water level at each observation point, and the diameter D of each pipeline 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】下水管路の全体的な水位リスクを広範囲に診断するために、より多くの観測点において簡易的に水位リスクの特定・分析・評価を行って水位リスクのある下水管路の選別を行い、水位リスクの要因のひとつである不明水の傾向分析を可能とする管路水位リスクアセスメント方法および管路水位計測値記録装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数の観測点Lにおける管路3に配置された水位計2を用いて各管路3内の水位を計測し、それぞれ日毎に単位時間毎に計測水位を記録し、雨量計52または公共の日毎の単位時間毎の降雨量計測値の記録と、各観測点における計測水位の記録と、各管路3の直径Dとを用いて、晴天日と雨天日における各管路3の直径Dに対する計測水位の比を、晴天日の水位リスクおよび雨天時の水位リスクとして水位リスクのマトリックス表21の行と列に表示させる。【選択図】図3
