L-SHAPED JOINTS FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURE, U-SHAPED JOINT AND SET FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING TEMPORARY STRUCTURE
To provide a method for constructing a temporary structure.SOLUTION: A plurality of bolts 26, inserted through aligned through-holes, are secured using nuts so that a folded portion 20 of an L-shaped joint 1 is positioned along a side 18 of a structure 12. Then, a clamp 24 is clamped between a clamp-facing surface 34 of a groove steel 36 that is in contact with the L-shaped joint 1 and a clamp-facing surface 32 on the back side of the shaped steel contact surface 30 of the L-shaped joint 1. When the sides 18 of the two structures 12 are placed flush with each other without gaps, a plurality of through-holes are equally spaced (e.g., 50 mm between centers of adjacent holes) across these structures 12. That is, when a distance between centers of adjacent holes is 50 mm, the centers of the through-holes in each of the structures 12 are located 25 mm inward from a position of an outer edge forming the structure 12. This allows the through-holes of the L-shaped joint 1 to be aligned with respect to the multiple through-holes of the two connected structures 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】仮設構造物を構築する方法を提示する。【解決手段】L字形接続具1の折曲部20が、構造体12の側面18に沿って配置されるように、整列した貫通孔に通された複数のボルト26が、ナットを使って固定される。そして、L字形接続具1に当接する溝形鋼36のクランプ対向面34とL字形接続具1の形鋼当接面30の裏側のクランプ対向面32とにクランプ24が挟み付けられる。また、2つの構造体12の側面18どうしが隙間なく面一に配置されたときに、これらの構造体12に跨って複数の貫通孔が等間隔に(隣り合う孔の中心間距離が例えば50mm)並ぶ。すなわち、隣り合う孔の中心間距離が50mmである場合において、各構造体12に形成された貫通孔の中心は、構造体12を形作る外辺の位置から25mmだけ内方の位置にある。これにより、連結した2つの構造体18の複数の貫通孔に対して、L字形接続具1の貫通孔が整列し得る。【選択図】図8
