STRENGTH ESTIMATION METHOD OF SOIL CEMENT
To provide a strength estimation method of soil cement with which strength estimation is possible without securing curing period until the soil cement hardens.SOLUTION: A strength estimation method of soil cement includes a process to measure moisture content of the unconsolidated sample by drying an unconsolidated sample of soil cement formed by mixing cement milk and in situ soil, a process of pulverizing the dried unconsolidated sample and measuring the content of predetermined element in the unconsolidated sample using fluorescent X-ray analyzer, a process to calculate content of given element in unconsolidated sample using predetermined element content of the unconsolidated sample and predetermined element content of the in-situ soil, a process to calculate effective cement-water ratio of the unconsolidated sample using water content of the unconsolidated sample and cement content calculated from the content of predetermined element in the cement and a process of estimating compressive strength of the soil cement from the correlation data between the effective cement water ratio and the compressive strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ソイルセメントが固結するまでの養生期間を確保せずに強度を推定できるソイルセメントの強度推定方法を提供する。【解決手段】ソイルセメントの強度推定方法は、セメントミルクと現場発生土とを混合して形成されたソイルセメントの未固結試料を乾燥させて、未固結試料の含水量を測定する工程と、乾燥した未固結試料を粉砕し、蛍光X線分析計を用いて、未固結試料の所定元素含有量を測定する工程と、未固結試料の所定元素含有量と、現場発生土の所定元素含有量と、を用いて、未固結試料におけるセメントの所定元素含有量を算出する工程と、未固結試料の含水量と、セメントの所定元素含有量から算出されるセメントの含有量と、を用いて、未固結試料の有効セメント水比を算出する工程と、有効セメント水比と圧縮強度との相関データから、ソイルセメントの圧縮強度を推定する工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図4
