To effectively utilize steam and enhance heating efficiency of an object.SOLUTION: A steam heating system 100 comprises: a first vessel 1A and a second vessel 1B in which a heating step of heating an object with steam is successively performed; and a steam supply unit 2 for supplying steam to the second vessel 1B. At the start of the heating step in the second vessel 1B, the steam supply unit 2 performs primary supply to supply steam used for heating the object to the second vessel 1B in the first vessel 1A. The steam supply unit 2 discontinues the primary supply, seals the second vessel 1B and thus generates vacuum in the second vessel 1B with steam condensed in the second vessel 1B to release air from the object, and performs secondary supply to supply steam to the second vessel 1B after generating vacuum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
