To exhibit more stable operating force by eliminating loss due to wire resistance and dispersion of wire tension in brake releasing operation.SOLUTION: A first unit 6 is formed of a first slider 60, a first coil spring 61, and an automatic closing mechanism made up of holding means and a solenoid 63; a second unit 7 is formed of a second slider 70, a third slider 71, and a second coil spring 72; and the first unit 6 and the second unit 7 are assembled so as to overlap in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the first slider 60, the second slider 70, and the third slider 71, and are provided with conjunction means for moving the first slider 60 in conjunction with the second slider 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
