CONSTRUCTION DEVICE FOR ROAD SURFACE MARKING
To provide a construction device for road surface marking capable of homogeneously mixing a powdery drying accelerator with a road surface marking water-based coating material and applying the mixture to a road surface even though a mixer for mixing the powdery drying accelerator with the road surface marking water-based coating material is small in size.SOLUTION: A construction device for road surface marking comprises: a coating spray 19; a mixer 18 surrounding a path A along which the road surface marking water-based coating material advances and having an opening 18a facing a road surface; a drying accelerator supply port 14a configured to supply the drying accelerator into the mixer 18 from a substantially vertical direction; and an air nozzle 16 for discharging compressed air toward the supplied drying accelerator in a direction L1 from a position of the drying accelerator supply port 14a toward a position of the coating spray 19 in a horizontal direction L. The drying accelerator supply port 14a is located at a higher position than a discharge port 19a of the coating spray 19. A collision surface 185 opposed to the air nozzle 16 in a state of being inclined downward is provided in the downstream of a point CB crossing an advance direction B of the supplied drying accelerator in an advance direction C of the compressed air in the mixer 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】粉末状の乾燥促進剤を路面標示用水性塗料に混合させる混合器が小型でありながら、両者を均質に混合させて路面に塗布し得る路面標示の施工装置の提供。【解決手段】塗布スプレー１９と、路面標示用水性塗料が進行する経路Ａの周囲を囲うとともに、路面に対向する開口１８ａを有する混合器１８と、混合器１８内に前記乾燥促進剤を略鉛直方向から供給する乾燥促進剤供給口１４ａと、水平方向Ｌにおける乾燥促進剤供給口１４ａの位置から塗布スプレー１９の位置に向かう方向Ｌ１であって、供給された前記乾燥促進剤に向けて、圧縮空気を吐出するエアノズル１６と、を備え、塗布スプレー１９の吐出口１９ａより乾燥促進剤供給口１４ａの方が高い位置にあり、混合器１８内には、前記圧縮空気の進行方向Ｃであって、供給された前記乾燥促進剤の進行方向Ｂと交差する箇所ＣＢの下流に、下方に傾けられた状態でエアノズル１６と対向する衝突面１８５を有する。【選択図】図３
