TOOL FOR MOUNTING OBJECT TO BE MOUNTED TO GYPSUM BOARD WALL SURFACE
To solve the problem in which in a case of firmly mounting objects to be mounted, such as a hunger, a table for small articles and a picture frame, on a gypsum board, when a multi-needle push pin with excellent load bearing capacity is inserted into the gypsum board, it is necessary to provide a hole through which the pin passes on the side of the objects to be mounted, and it is necessary to make a central axis of the hole and a central axis of the multi-needle push pin side coincident with each other exactly, however it is extremely difficult to make both central axes coincident with each other by only providing a hole.SOLUTION: A disk-shaped guide piece 331 made of porous plastic is inserted into the tip of a multi-needle push pin 321, to provide a guide hole 312 so that the guide piece can be inserted into an object to be mounted without gaps. By making a central axis of the guide piece and a central axis of the push pin coincident with each other exactly, it is possible to insert the multi-needle push pin so as to make the guide hole provided in the object to be mounted and the central axis of the multi-needle pin coincident with each other exactly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】石膏ボード上にハンガーや小物を置く台や額縁など被装着物を強固に取りつけるに際し、荷重耐力に優れた多針押しピンを石膏ボードに刺し込む時、被装着物側にピンを通す穴を設けなければならず、その穴の中心軸と多針押しピン側の中心軸の双方を正確に一致させる必要がある。穴を設けただけでは、双方の中心軸を合わせる作業は極めて難しい。【解決手段】多針押しピン３２１の先端に素材が多孔質プラスティックの円板状のガイドピース３３１を差し込み、被装着物にガイドピースが隙間なく入るガイド穴３１２を設ける。ガイドピースの中心軸と押ピンの中心軸を正確に一致させて装着することで、非装着物に設けたガイド穴と多針ピンの中心軸を正確に一致させた状態で多針押ピンを差し込むことができる。【選択図】図３
