To provide a ditch passage constructing unit simple and superior in workability and a method of constructing the ditch passage.SOLUTION: A ditch passage constructing unit which constructs a ditch passage without using framework supporting is configured of at least one frame receiving unit. The at least one frame receiving unit includes: at least one side board panel forming a side face of the ditch passage and in which a ditch passage side face forming face is formed on one face thereof and a sheathing plate face is formed on the other face thereof; at least one fixation member positioned and fixed in a side-part-concrete-to-be-filled area which is filled with fresh concrete for forming the side part of the ditch passage; a long frame receiving body for holding a cover body covering an upper opening of the ditch passage; a fixation part for fixing the frame receiving body to a predetermined position by being arranged in the frame receiving body and bonded to the fixation member; and a panel upper side holding part capable of holding an upper side area of the side board panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
