To leave traces caused by heat treatment of a heater H on a front surface of a coated sheet 2 while bonding a front surface of a fixed disk 1 and a back surface of the coated sheet in an uneven manner.SOLUTION: A sheet fixing device A includes: a fixed disk for fixing a portion of a waterproof sheet C to be laid along a substrate; a coated sheet provided along a front surface of the fixed disk; a heat-melting adhesive layer 3 provided between the front surface of the fixed disk and the back surface of the coated sheet; and a heater for heating the coated sheet from the front surface toward the adhesive layer. The fixed disk has a through or concave depression 1f on the front surface, and the coated sheet has a concave portion 2c that enters the depression when heated by the heater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
