MULTI-PURPOSE POST MADE OF PLATE MATERIAL WITH DOVETAIL GROOVES
To provide a low-cost, easily-manufactured multi-purpose post made of a plate material with dovetail grooves.SOLUTION: A multi-purpose post made of a plate material with dovetail grooves comprises: a plate material 3 with dovetail grooves, in which dovetail grooves 2 are provided inside a plate surface of a plate material 1 formed by processing a plurality of plates into a polygonal shape, and the dovetail grooves 2 are provided on both connecting side surfaces of the plate material 1; a pillar material 4 made by connecting the plurality of plate materials 3 with dovetail grooves side by side and temporarily fixing them in a polygonal shape; a column form frame 7 formed by inserting and fixing rod-shaped dovetail members 6 having a cross section of the shape of dovetail holes 5 into each of the dovetail holes 5 formed by connecting both ends of the pillar materials 4 from both ends of the pillar materials 4; and a steel pipe 8 located in the center of the column form frame 7. Concrete 9 is placed into the column form frame 7, and when the concrete 9 solidifies, the dovetail groove 2 provided in the plate material 3 with dovetail grooves and the concrete 9 are integrated, a polygonal concrete column A made of a plate material with dovetail grooves can be prevented from warping and deformation of the plate material 3 with dovetail grooves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、低価格且つ容易に造れる、蟻溝付き板材で造る多目的利用の支柱を提供する。【解決手段】複数枚で多角形に加工して成る板材1の板面の内側に蟻溝2を設けて、該板材1の接続両側面に蟻溝2を設けて成る蟻溝付き板材3、該蟻溝付き板材3を複数枚接続並置して、多角形の形状に仮固定して成る柱材4、該柱材4の両小口接続箇所に成る各々の蟻穴5に、蟻穴5形状の断面を有する棒状の蟻部材6を、前記、柱材4の両小口から挿入固定して成る柱型枠躯体7、該柱型枠躯体7の中央に鋼管8を備えて、前記、柱型枠躯体7内にコンクリート9を打設して、コンクリート9が凝固することで、前記、蟻溝付き板材3に設けた蟻溝2とコンクリート9が一体となり、蟻溝付き板材3の反りや変形が防止できる、蟻溝付き板材で造る多角形のコンクリート支柱Aとなることを特徴とする、蟻溝付き板材で造る多目的利用の支柱。【選択図】 図1
