To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material for reinforcing concrete having a high anchoring property to a concrete material and a concrete structure including the same.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material for reinforcing concrete is a linear material including a bundle of reinforcing fibers and thermoplastic resin. The bundle of reinforcing fibers is bundled with 1,000 or more and 10,000 or less single fibers of the reinforcing fibers. The thermoplastic resin is thermoplastic epoxy resin. The fiber-reinforced composite material for reinforcing concrete has a fiber volume content ratio (Vf value) of 20% or more and 40% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
