EMERGENCY EVACUATION DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE CABIN
To provide an emergency evacuation device for a construction machine cabin which can easily and securely break a strengthened glass provided as a window in a cabin of a construction machine without using a striking object such an a hammer in an emergency.SOLUTION: An emergency evacuation device for a construction machine cabin comprises: a through hole 5 formed in a strengthened glass 3; a pushing-in shaft 7 inserted into the through hole 5 from an indoor side of a cabin and having a wedge blade 6 formed in a taper shape so as to be pressed to an inner face of the through hole 5 as an insertion depth becomes deeper; and a stopper 8 detachably attached to the pushing-in shaft 7 in order that the insertion depth of the pushing-in shaft 7 into the through hole 5 is held to be a depth in which the wedge blade 6 is not in contact with the inner face of the through hole 5 in a normal time, and that the wedge blade 6 is allowed to be pushed-in to a depth to be pushed to the inner face of the through hole 5 in an emergency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建設機械のキャビンに窓として設けられた強化ガラスを、非常時に、ハンマー等の打撃物を用いることなく容易に確実に割ることができる建設機械キャビン用の非常脱出装置を提供する。【解決手段】強化ガラス3に形成された貫通孔5と、貫通孔5にキャビン室内側から差し込まれ、差し込み深さが深くなるに連れて貫通孔5の内面に押し付けられるようにテーパー状に形成されたクサビ刃6を有する押込シャフト7と、押込シャフト7の貫通孔5に対する差し込み深さを、通常時にクサビ刃6が貫通孔5の内面に接触しない深さに保持し、非常時にクサビ刃6が貫通孔5の内面に押し付けられる深さまで押し込まれることを許容するため、押込シャフト7に着脱自在に取り付けられたストッパー8と、を備えている。【選択図】図3
