To provide calcium aluminate for a quick setting agent that suppresses the occurrence of dust in a spray work in a tunnel or the like to improve work efficiency, exhibits high quick setting property even under a condition where spring water generates or natural ground surface is deteriorated, and is applicable to a site where long-term strength development is required, when used as a foaming type quick setting agent.SOLUTION: The calcium aluminate for the quick setting agent contains SiO2 in an amount of 7 mass% or less, has a vitrification ratio of 30 to 98%, and contains sulfur in an amount of 0.007 to 0.5 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】発泡型急結剤とした際に、トンネル等の吹付け作業で発生する粉塵の発生を抑えて作業性を向上し、湧水や地山面が悪化した状況下においても、高い急結性が得られ、長期的な強度発現性を求められる箇所への適用が可能な急結剤用カルシウムアルミネートを提供する。【解決手段】SiO2含有量が7質量%以下であり、ガラス化率が30~98%であり、硫黄含有量が0.007~0.5質量%である急結剤用カルシウムアルミネートである。【選択図】なし
