WATER CLOSET DEVICE
To suppress a situation in which a tank is filled with water or a situation in which water leaks out of the tank by adjusting a flow path so as to increase washing water supplied to a rim-side water supply channel in the event of a power failure.SOLUTION: A water closet device according to an embodiment includes a toilet bowl body, a tank, a rim-side water supply channel, a tank-side water supply channel, a channel switching unit, a control unit, and a power failure detection unit. The toilet bowl body has a bowl portion, a rim spout, and a drain trap pipeline. The tank stores washing water. The rim-side water supply channel supplies the washing water to the rim spout. The tank-side water supply channel supplies the washing water to the tank. The channel switching unit adjusts the amount of washing water supplied to one or both of the rim-side water supply channel and the tank-side water supply channel. The power failure detection unit detects a power failure. The channel switching unit reduces the amount of washing water supplied to the tank-side water supply channel and increases the amount of washing water supplied to the rim-side water supply channel if a power failure occurs while the washing water is being supplied to the tank-side water supply channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
