ELEVATING TYPE SHELTER HOUSE
To provide an elevating type shelter house capable of stably fixing a housing part on the ground.SOLUTION: An elevating type shelter house 1 includes a housing portion 2, an anchor bolt 3 provided in the housing portion 2 and having a screw shaft 32 protruding downward from the bottom surface of the housing portion 2 and having a threaded portion 32a formed in the screw shaft 32, and a rotation drive device 100 for rotating an anchor bolt 3. At the reference position where the housing portion 2 is on the ground in terms of an anchor bolt 3, part of the threaded portion 32a is screwed and fixed into a threaded hole portion 72 of a bolt hole 7 having a thread groove 72a into which the threaded portion 32a of the anchor bolt 3 can be screwed on the inner peripheral surface, which is drilled at the bottom of an accommodation space 61 of an underground section 5 that is configured by digging into the ground and that can accommodate at least a part of the housing portion 2 including the living portion. At the accommodation position where at least part of the housing portion 2 is accommodated in the accommodation space 61 of the underground section 5, the entire threaded portion 32a is screwed and fixed into the threaded hole portion 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】住宅部分を地上に安定して固定可能な昇降式シェルター住宅を提供する。【解決手段】 昇降式シェルター住宅1は、住宅部2と、住宅部2に設けられ、住宅部2の底面から下方に突出するネジ軸32を有するとともにネジ軸32にネジ部32aが形成されたアンカーボルト3と、アンカーボルト3を回転駆動する回転駆動装置100と、を備え、アンカーボルト3は、住宅部2が地上にある基準位置では、ネジ部32aの一部が、地面を掘り下げて構成され且つ住宅部2の居住部分を含む少なくとも一部を収容可能な地下区画5の収容空間61の底部に穿設された、内周面にアンカーボルト3のネジ部32aを螺合可能なネジ溝72aを有するボルト孔7のネジ孔部72に螺合した状態で固定され、住宅部2の少なくとも一部が地下区画5の収容空間61に収容された収容位置ではネジ部32aの全体がネジ孔部72に螺合された状態で固定されるように構成した。【選択図】 図8
