To provide a floating matter recovery device that can efficiently recover a floating matter near a water surface in a state that is easy to separate from water after recovery.SOLUTION: A floating matter recovery device 1 for recovering a floating matter F near a water surface includes: an upper-layer water guide member 12 for allowing upper-layer water near the water surface to flow into an upper-layer water inflow part 12a formed on an upper surface by being arranged near the water surface; and a floating matter suction body 11 capable of sucking the floating matter F flowed into the upper-layer water inflow part 12a together with the upper-layer water, from above the water surface, using a downward suction port 11b, wherein the periphery of the upper-layer water inflow part 12a is partitioned by a partition wall 13, and an upper water intake port 13a for taking the upper-layer water into the upper-layer water inflow part 12a is provided on one side of the partition wall 13 as viewed from the floating matter suction body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
