To provide a fiber-reinforced mortar composition that has excellent fiber dispersibility and excellent workability, rapid hardening and long-term strength development.SOLUTION: Provided is a fiber-reinforced mortar composition that contains a binder comprising cement, calcium aluminate, gypsum and pozzolan substance, and a metal fiber, and in which the ignition loss of the binder is 0.7 to 6.4 mass%, the contained amount of the metal fiber is 1 to 24 pts.mass for 100 pts.mass of the binder, and the metal fiber has a substantially straight portion and a deformed portion that is formed by bending from at least one end of the metal fiber so as to form an angle with the substantially straight portion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
