CONSTRUCTION SITE SWEEPER
To provide a sweeper suitable for use at a construction site.SOLUTION: A sweeper 1 has front and rear wheels 7, 9 for travelling, a sweeper body 3 that rakes building waste material while self-travelling on a floor, and a dust box to contain raked building waste material. A pair of disk brushes 17 on which brush hair material forms truncated cone shape is disposed on a front part of the sweeper body 3. Drive shafts of a pair of motors 19 are respectively connected to the pair of disk brushes 17. The pair of motors 19 is fitted to a mounting plate 61 so that the brush hair materials partially overlap across the center line of the sweeper body 3. Rear end of the mounting plate 61 is fitted on the front part of the sweeper body 3 so as to be rotatable through a hinge so that self-weights of the pair of disk brushes 17 and the pair of motors 19 cause the pair of disk brushes 17 to lean forward and hair tips of the pair of disk brushes 17 are pressed against the floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築現場での使用に適したスイーパーを提供する。【解決手段】スイーパー１は走行用の前後車輪７，９を有し、床面を自走しながら建築廃棄物を掻き集めるスイーパー本体３と、掻き集められた建築廃棄物を収容するダストボックスとを具備する。スイーパー本体３の前方部にはブラシ毛材が円錐台形を成す一対のディスクブラシ１７が配される。一対のディスクブラシ１７には一対のモータ１９の駆動軸がそれぞれ接続される。スイーパー本体３の中心線を挟んでブラシ毛材が互いに部分的に重なるように一対のモータ１９が取付板６１に取り付けられる。一対のディスクブラシ１７及び一対のモータ１９の自重により一対のディスクブラシ１７が前傾した姿勢で一対のディスクブラシ１７の毛先が床面に押し付けられるように、取付板６１はその後端おいてスイーパー本体３の前方部に蝶番を介して回動自在に取り付けられる。【選択図】図１
