To improve productivity of a first wooden face member and a second wooden face member while enabling the first wooden face member and the second wooden face member to be joined.SOLUTION: A wooden face member joining structure comprises: a first wooden floor slab 10A having a plurality of long wooden plate materials 12 stacked in a face member width direction; a second wooden floor slab 10B having a plurality of long wooden plate materials 12 stacked in a face member width direction; a first uneven portion 20A formed at an end of the first wooden floor slab 10A by displacing ends 12E of the plurality of long wooden plate materials 12 in longer direction; and a second uneven portion 20B that is formed at an end of the second wooden floor slab 10B by displacing the ends 12E of the plurality of long wooden plate materials 12 in longer direction and joined with the first uneven portion 20A in a state of being combined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
