To provide a grout material addition fiber which has good dispersibility in a grout material, does not deteriorate flowability of a grout material, and has leakage suppression while having an irregular cross-sectional shape, a grout material including the same, and a manufacturing method of a grout material.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a grout material addition fiber including a polyolefin-based resin, wherein the grout material addition fiber has a fiber cross-sectional shape having three or more protrusions with a ratio Lt/Wt of a maximum width Wt of the protrusion and a length Lt of the protrusion of 0.5 or over and 3 or under. The invention also relates to a grout material addition fiber including a polyolefin-based resin, wherein the grout material addition fiber has a fiber cross-sectional shape of three or more protrusions, the protrusion having a portion tilted toward a center of the fiber, the maximum width Wt and a root portion width Wb satisfying Wt/Wb of over 1.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
