To provide a pipe conduit construction method which can form a pipe conduit by using a general-purpose civil engineering construction material, and a civil engineering construction machine, is easy in construction, and can shorten a construction period.SOLUTION: A first tubular body 1-1 which is shorter than an inside diameter 11d of a pipe attachment wall 11 of a start-side pit 10 in a length, and smaller than an inside diameter 30d of a construction-objective existing pipe 30 in an outside diameter is placed in the start-side pit 10 in a state that a telescopic unit 5 is incorporated therein, a tip opening part 1a side of the first tubular body 1-1 is inserted into the construction objective existing pipe 30 from a start-side opening part 30a by a reaction force which is generated by pressing a pressure receiving member 7 by a pressing part 3a of a telescopic device 3, next, a telescopic unit 5 is incorporated into a second tubular body which is carried into the start-side pit 10, and connected to the first tubular body 1-1, and by repeating work for inserting a connecting tubular body of the second tubular body and the first tubular body 1-1 into the construction objective existing pipe 30 by a reaction force which is generated by pressing the pressure receiving member 7 by the pressing part 3a of the telescopic device 3, a pipe conduit continued to the inside of the construction objective existing pipe 30 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】汎用的な土木建設資材並びに土木建設機械を用いて既設管内に管路を形成することができ、施工が容易であり、工期の短縮化を図ることもできる管路施工法を提供する。【解決手段】長さが発進側立坑10の管取付壁11の内径11dより小さく、外径が施工対象既設管30の内径30dより小さい第一管状体1-1を伸縮ユニット5を内蔵させた状態で発進側立坑10内に載置し、伸縮装置3の押圧部3aで受圧部材7を押圧した反力により第一管状体1-1の先端開口部1a側を発進側開口部30aから施工対象既設管30内に挿入し、次に、発進側立坑10内に搬入した第二管状体に伸縮ユニット5を内蔵させて第一管状体1-1に連結し、伸縮装置3の押圧部3aで受圧部材7を押圧した反力により第二管状体と第一管状体1-1との連結管状体を施工対象既設管30内に挿入する作業を繰り返すことにより、施工対象既設管30内に連続した管路を形成する。【選択図】図6
