To provide an intratubular propagation sound reducing structure 2 that constitutes part of an intratubular propagation sound reducing structure and is excellent in processability and workability.SOLUTION: An intratubular propagation sound reducing structure 2 according to the present invention includes: a tubular outer peripheral wall 20 extending from an open first end 21 to a second end 22; a top plate 30 extending from the second end 22 toward a central axis D of the outer peripheral wall 20; a partition plate 33 provided between the top plate 30 and the first end 21 and extending from an inner surface 23 of the outer peripheral wall 20 toward the central axis D; and a sound absorbing material 40 arranged between the top plate 30 and the partition plate 33. The top plate 30 and the partition plate 33 are each open at the center. A first opening edge 31 of an opening of the top plate 30 and a second opening edge 34 of an opening of the partition plate 33 have the same shape, and are arranged opposite to each other in a direction along the central axis D. The sound absorbing material 40 is arranged so as to close a space between the first opening edge 31 and the second opening edge 34 and at an interval from the inner surface 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
