To provide a sheet for a concrete placing mold form capable of improving an appearance and a quality of concrete.SOLUTION: A sheet 1 for a concrete placing mold form adhered to a surface of the concrete placing mold form and used comprises: a sheet substrate 2; a repellent layer 3 provided at one surface side of the sheet substrate 2; a water absorption layer 4 provided at one surface side of the sheet substrate 2; and a plurality of holes 5 penetrating at least the repellent layer 3 and the sheet substrate 2. The sheet 1 is adhered to the surface of the concrete placing mold form so that the water absorption layer 4 is situated on the surface side of the concrete placing mold form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
