To provide a water storage and drainage system capable of actualizing easy and efficient maintenance management.SOLUTION: A water storage and drainage system 30 includes a pair of fixed frames 31 arranged opposed to each other, a first partition plate 33 mounted to the pair of fixed frames 31 and including a water passing port on the lower side for water to pass therethrough, a second partition plate 37 having an orifice 36 provided on the lower part, and a rope 34 mounted to the second partition plate 37 so as to cover the orifice 36. The second partition plate 37 moves up and down along a guide frame 35 provided on the pair of fixed frames 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
