To more securely cool concrete.SOLUTION: A concrete curing apparatus comprises: a temperature data acquisition unit 201 for acquiring temperature data on concrete after placed; a parameter acquisition unit 202 for acquiring a flow rate and temperature of coolant to be supplied to a cooling pipe provided inside the concrete; and a parameter control unit 203 for controlling parameters on the basis of first management temperature transition data that is acquired through preliminary analysis and is to be followed by the concrete. The parameter control unit further comprises a management temperature transition data generation unit 231 that when a result of parameter control causes a situation in which actually measured temperature data on the concrete at the time of a peak temperature being reached in the first management temperature transition data is higher than the first management temperature transition data, shifts the first management temperature transition data to the actually measured peak temperature to generate new second management temperature transition data to be followed by the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
