DISPLACEMENT CONTROL STRUCTURE FOR BRIDGE GIRDER
To provide a displacement control structure for a bridge girder capable of controlling the displacement amount of the bridge girder.SOLUTION: A displacement control structure for a bridge girder controls the displacement of a bridge girder 5 moving on a bridge pier during an earthquake. This displacement control structure is provided with a bearing part 10 which is arranged on the bridge pier 2 and supports the bridge girder 5, and a support surrounding structure 20 which is arranged on the bridge pier 2 and has a control surface 20A which extends toward a side edge 2a of the bridge pier 2 so as to be continuous from a support surface 10A of the bearing part 10, and the friction coefficient μ of the control surface 20A is set based on the weight m of the bridge girder 5 and the control surface length L of the support surrounding structure 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
