To provide a fixed quantity water supply device that can prevent spread of infection caused by a vicious cycle in which a dirty hand touches a cock and a next person touches a dirty cock in disaster areas or refugee camps, can be used with both hands, enables hand washing with running water, enables use by infants, enables easy assembly, disassembly, and transportation by women, can supply a minimum required amount of water, enables effective utilization of waste water, and is useful for saving water.SOLUTION: A fixed quantity water supply device enables water supply by a manual foot pump 5, enables use with both hands, eliminates a cock of a faucet 10, has a feature that enables prevention of infection due to a vicious cycle in which dirty hands touch a cock and a next person touches a dirty cock, enables supply of a minimum required amount of water in a container equipped with a float valve 12 attached to the faucet, enables hand washing with running water, enables adjustment of a height of the faucet attached to a support 25-2, enables assembly, disassembly, and transportation so that anyone can easily handle it anywhere, and makes it possible to put waste water into a bucket 24 under a washbasin 20, thereby enables effective use of the waste water 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】被災地や難民キャンプ地等において、汚れた手でコックに触れ、其の汚れたコックに次の人が触れると言う悪循環による感染の拡散防止、両手が使え、流水による手洗い、幼児にも使用出来、婦女子にも容易に組立分解、搬送が出来、水を必要最小量供給し、排水を有効に利用して節水に役立つ定量給水装置を提供する。【解決手段】人力足踏みポンプ５によって給水が出来、両手が使え、蛇口１０にコックを無くし、汚れた手でコックに触れ其の汚れたコックに次の人が触れると言う悪循環による感染を防ぐ事を特徴とし、蛇口に取り付けたフロートバルブ１２を備えた容器で必要最小量の水を供給し、流水による手洗いを可能とし、支柱２５－２に取り付けた蛇口の高さ調整が出来、組立、分解、搬送を誰にでも、何処でも容易に取り扱え、排水は洗面器２０の下のバケツ２４に入れ排水２９を有効に利用できる。【選択図】図１
