To provide a hydraulic pump that improves heat dissipation performance while having a power generation function.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump (5) according to the present invention comprises: a casing (7); a block port (11) including a suction port (26), an inlet side oil passage (9), and a discharge port (10); a shaft (12) rotatably supported by the casing and the block port; a rotor (14) connected to the shaft so as to be incapable of relatively rotating, and comprising a cylinder part (14a); an impeller (8) for sending hydraulic oil into the cylinder part by rotating in association with rotation of the shaft; a piston (13) housed in the cylinder part so as to reciprocate in a direction of an axis while rotating around the axis in association with rotation of the shaft, and for sucking the hydraulic oil into the cylinder part, and pumping the hydraulic oil to the discharge port; and a power generation part (20) including a magnetic body (28) attached to the impeller, and a conductive coil (23) arranged so as to surround the shaft in the block port, and magnetically connected to the magnetic body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
