To provide fireproof structure of wooden column-beam joints with higher fire resistance and less damage to fire-resistant materials even when deformation occurs due to earthquakes, etc.SOLUTION: There are a space between the first fireproof material covering the lower surface of a wooden beam and the second fireproof material covering the lower surface of the first fireproof material and the third fireproof material covering the projecting surface of a wooden column and the fourth fireproof material covering the surface of the third fireproof material, and a space between the third and fourth fireproof materials and the wooden beams, the first and second fireproof materials. At least a part of the third fireproof material or the fourth fireproof material is present in a region where the first fireproof material and the second fireproof material are not present in the longitudinal direction of the wooden beam. At least a part of the first fireproof material or the second fireproof material is present in a region where the third fireproof material and the fourth fireproof material are not present in the longitudinal direction of the wooden column.
