To provide a one-story house that can further enhance the sense of openness in a living space.SOLUTION: A one-story house 10 is provided with a building body 12 and a roof part 13 provided above the building body 12. The one-story house 10 is provided with an LDK 23 formed in the building body 12 and a loft 46 formed in an attic part 19 between the building body 12 and the roof part 13. The LDK 23 has an open ceiling space 35 that is open from the building body 12 to the attic part 19. The open ceiling space 35 is adjacent to the loft 46 in the attic part 19, and a spandrel wall 55 is provided between the open ceiling space 35 and the loft 46 to separate the spaces 35 and 46. The spandrel wall 55 is configured to include a transparent glass panel so that the loft 46 can be seen from the open ceiling space 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】居室空間における開放感をより高めることができる平屋建て住宅を提供する。【解決手段】平屋建て住宅１０は、建物本体１２と、建物本体１２の上方に設けられた屋根部１３とを備える。平屋建て住宅１０は、建物本体１２に形成されたＬＤＫ２３と、建物本体１２と屋根部１３との間の屋根裏部分１９に形成されたロフト４６とを備える。ＬＤＫ２３は、建物本体１２から屋根裏部分１９に吹き抜けた吹き抜け空間３５を有している。吹き抜け空間３５は、屋根裏部分１９においてロフト４６と隣接しており、吹き抜け空間３５とロフト４６との間には、それら両空間３５，４６を仕切る腰壁５５が設けられている。腰壁５５は、吹き抜け空間３５からロフト４６を見通し可能とすべく、透明性を有するガラスパネルを含んで構成されている。【選択図】 図３
