SUBSTRATE MATERIAL FOR VENTILATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD MORTAR THIN COAT FINISHING AND MORTAR THIN COAT FINISHING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SAME
To provide a substrate material made of a ribbed lath capable of ensuring mortar coating using preparation mortar with a thickness of about 15 mm, and an outer wall light mortar thin coating finishing construction method using the same.SOLUTION: A substrate material 1 for ventilation construction method mortar thin coating is used when forming a mortar outer wall by applying prepared mortar 9. The substrate material 1 for ventilation construction method mortar thin coating comprises: a ribbed lath 2; and a lining material 3 bonded to the rear surface of the ribbed lath 2. The ribbed lath 2 is constructed such that an original plate having a steel plate thickness of 0.3 mm is pressed with an original plate standard set to or about equal to a molten zinc plating steel strip, a rib peak height is 3 mm-4 mm, a rib pitch is 75 mm, the number of meshes between ribs is 4, and a mass is about 800 g/m2. The lining material 3 is made of polyester unwoven cloth with a thickness of 20 μm and a 30 g/m2 and with a front surface formed rough and a rear surface formed smooth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、調合モルタルを使用してのモルタル塗布厚を約15mm厚にして確実に塗れるリブラスからなる下地材を提供し、前記下地材を使用しての外壁軽量モルタル薄塗仕上げ工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、既調合モルタル9を塗布してモルタル外壁を形成する際に用いられる通気工法用モルタル薄塗用下地材1であって、該下地材1は、リブラス2と該リブラス2の裏面に接着される裏打ち材3とを有して構成され、前記リブラス2は、原板規格が溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼帯又は溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼帯と約同等品で鋼板厚が0.3mmの原板をプレス加工し、リブ山高が3mm以上4mm未満、リブピッチが75mm、リブ間の網目数が4つ目、質量が約800g/m2に構成され、前記裏打ち材3は、厚みが20μm及び30g/m2の質量で、表面が粗面に裏面が滑面に形成されたポリエステル不織布で構成されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
