To solve the problem that large amounts of fly ashes and waste incinerated ashes are generated, but an applicable field is limited, in particular, use as a building material is limited, and to use the incinerated ash as an excellent building material.SOLUTION: Water resistance appears by kneading, molding and drying fly ashes, waste incinerated ashes, PVA, and vinyl acetate resin emulsion, and then burning the mixture at 160-210°C for 30 minutes to 2 hours, and an excellent building material added with flexural strength and viscosity that are characteristics of the resin, and specific heat insulation property, fire proofness, and water resistance of the ash can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 フライアッシュや廃棄物焼却灰は大量に発生するが、有効に利用する分野が限られていて、特に建材として使用されるのは限定的であった。本発明はこの焼却灰を優れた建材にするため実施された。【解決手段】 フライアッシュや廃棄物焼却灰とＰＶＡ、酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルジョンを混錬して成型し乾燥後１６０～２１０℃で３０分間～２時間焼成すると、耐水性が出現して、樹脂が有する特性の曲げ強度、粘性、灰が有する特性の断熱性、防火性に耐水性を加えた優れた建材を得ることができる。【選択図】図１
