To provide a drain cover capable of suppressing the rise of water level by preventing air stagnation when draining, and a tank body system having the drain cover.SOLUTION: A disclosed drain cover includes: a covering body 20 capable of covering a drain port 14c in a planar view; and a base portion 28 that droops from the lower side facing the drain port 14c when the covering body 20 covers the drain port 14c. The lower surface of the covering body 20 facing the drain port 14c is inclined in a direction away downward from the upper face of the covering body 20 as getting closer to the center from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
