To provide a fiber-reinforced cementitious composition that, in a fresh state (uncured state), has moderate flowability, and hardly generates material separation, and which, after curing, has both high compressive strength and high tensile strength, and hardly generates cracking; and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a cementitious composition that contains powder containing cement, a fine aggregate, water, a cement dispersant and fiber, in which the content of the fiber in the cementitious composition is 1.5 to 4 vol%, a paste-fine aggregate void ratio is 2.00 to 5.00, and a water-powder ratio is 13.0 to 17.0%. Provided is a cementitious composition that contains powder containing cement, a fine aggregate, water, a cement dispersant, fiber and a shrinkage reducing agent, in which a paste-fine aggregate void ratio is 5.00 or more, a water-powder ratio is 10.0 to 30.0%, and an aspect ratio of the fiber is 25 to 150.SELECTED DRAWING: None
