STAIRCASE STRUCTURE AND TREAD FIXING HARDWARE
To achieve that in a cantilevered staircase, the upper and lower treads are supported by tread fixing hardware, and each tread is fixed to the wall surface by two pieces of tread fixing hardware, thereby reducing the load on the tread fixing hardware and improving the structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a staircase structure 40 in which a butt end surface 23 of a tread 20 is fixed to a wall surface 35 and goes straight. A lower end portion 7 of a tread fixing hardware 15A is fixed to the wall surface 35, an intermediate portion 6 of the tread fixing hardware 15A is fixed to a riser surface 26 of a target tread 20A, and an upper end portion 5 of the tread fixing hardware 15A is fixed to the upper tread 20 of the target tread 20A. The lower end portion 7 of an other tread fixing hardware 15 located below the tread fixing hardware 15A is fixed to the wall surface 35. The intermediate portion 6 of the tread fixing metal fitting 15 is fixed to the tread 20 positioned below, and the upper end portion 5 of the tread fixing metal fitting 15 is fixed to a lower surface 22 of the target tread 20A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】片持ち階段で、段板固定金物で上下2つ段板を支持し、1つの段板を2つの段板固定金物で壁面に固定することにより、段板固定金物の負荷を軽減して構造を簡略化する。【解決手段】壁面35に段板20の木口面23を固定して直進する階段構造40とする。段板固定金物15Aの下端部7を壁面35に固定し、段板固定金物15Aの中間部6を対象段板20Aの蹴込面26に固定し、段板固定金物15Aの上端部5を対象段板20Aの上方の段板20に固定した。段板固定金物15Aの下方に位置する他の段板固定金物15の下端部7を壁面35に固定し、段板固定金物15の中間部6を下方に位置する段板20に固定し、段板固定金物15の上端部5を対象段板20Aの下面22に固定した。【選択図】図2
