MOUNTING TOOL AND REPAIR STRUCTURE OF CORRUGATED SLATE EXTERIOR MATERIAL
To provide a mounting tool for installing installations and new exterior materials even when the fixture that fixes the existing corrugated slate exterior material is tilted without correcting its orientation, and a repair structure of the corrugated slate exterior material.SOLUTION: The present application discloses that the corrugated slate exterior material is fixed by a fixture. A mounting tool includes an upper surface formed in a convex curve, a first fixture insertion hole formed in the upper surface, and an engaging piece reinforcing portion formed in the vicinity of the first fixture insertion hole. The engaging tool has a second fixture insertion hole and an engaging piece. The positions of the first fixture insertion hole and the second fixture insertion hole are aligned, and the engaging piece is superimposed on the engaging piece reinforcing portion and integrated with the upper surface of the mounting tool. The fixture is inserted through the first fixture insertion hole and the second fixture insertion hole and engaged with the engaging piece. The mounting tools are combined with the ridges of the corrugated slate exterior material in a state along the orientation of the fixture of the corrugated slate exterior material, and an installation is attached to the upper surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本願は、既存の波形スレート外装材を固定する固定具が傾いていても、その向きを矯正させることなく、設置物や新設外装材を取り付ける取付具および波形スレート外装材の改修構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 本願は、波形スレート外装材は、固定具によって固定されている。取付具は、凸となる湾曲に形成された上面と、上面に形成された第一固定具挿通孔と、第一固定具挿通孔近傍に形成された係合片補強部を有している。係合具は、第二固定具挿通孔と、係合片が形成されている。第一固定具挿通孔と第二固定具挿通孔の位置が合わせられ、係合片が係合片補強部の上に重ねられ、取付具の上面に一体化されている。固定具が第一固定具挿通孔および第二固定具挿通孔に挿通されるとともに係合片に係合され、取付具が波形スレート外装材の固定具の向きに沿った状態のまま、波形スレート外装材の山部に組み合わされ、上面に設置物が取り付けられる。【選択図】 図１
