SPRIT KNEADING METHOD FOR CONCRETE OR MORTAR
To provide a split kneading method in which the kneading time of concrete or mortar is reduced.SOLUTION: A split kneading method according to one aspect of this invention has a process in which kneading water decided based on the blending of concrete or mortar to be produced is plurally split, a part of the split kneading water is added to an aggregate as primary water to perform adjustment kneading, hydraulic powder is added to the mixture after the adjustment kneading to perform primary kneading, and the mixture after the primary kneading is added with the balance of the split kneading water as secondary water to perform secondary kneading, so that concrete or mortar is produced. The kneading is performed in the presence of a chelate agent or the salt or the hydroxide of Na, K, Ca, Ba or Al.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート又はモルタルの練混ぜ時間が短縮された分割練混ぜ方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一側面に係る分割練混ぜ方法は、製造するコンクリート又はモルタルの配合に基づいて決定された量の練混ぜ水を複数に分割し、該分割された練混ぜ水の一部を一次水として骨材に加えて調整練りを行い、該調整練り後の混合物に水硬性粉体を加えて一次練りを行い、該一次練混ぜ後の混合物に、前記分割された練混ぜ水の残部を二次水として加えて二次練りを行うことによりコンクリート又はモルタルを製造する分割練混ぜ方法であって、キレート剤、あるいはＮａ、Ｋ、Ｃａ、Ｂａ若しくはＡｌの塩又は水酸化物の存在下で練混ぜを行うものである。【選択図】図１
