To provide an improved pole erecting method and an improved reinforcement member which solve a problem that a load is concentrated on one point at a grounding face to cause material fatigue or metal fatigue as a factor of a collapse, in a situation that collapse of a root portion of an electric pole often occurs due to development of a typhoon, atmospheric depression, and the like by warming and that an existing concrete electric pole is installed based on vibration-proof property with a high regard for strength and a grounding face is rigidly fixed by concrete or asphalt.SOLUTION: A taper-shaped buffer body 6 with elasticity is disposed in soil of a root portion of a grounding face of an electric pole 1. Since load of impact and vibration is absorbed and dispersed, collapse is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】温暖化による台風や低気圧等の発達で、電柱の根部からの倒壊が多発している。既設のコンクリート電柱は、強度を重視し耐振を基に設置されており、接地面はコンクリートやアスファルトで堅固に固定されている。そのため接地面で荷重が一点集中し、材料疲労や金属疲労が起こり、倒壊の一因となっている。これらを改善した、建柱方法及び補強部材を提供する。【解決手段】電柱1の接地面根部土中に、弾性を有したテーパー形状の緩衝体6を配し、衝撃や振動の荷重を吸収・分散することで、倒壊を低減する。【選択図】図12
