REINFORCEMENT HOLDING TOOL
To increase holding power of each reinforcement of a reinforcement holding tool which holds crossing two reinforcements.SOLUTION: A reinforcement holding tool comprises: two pressing plates 11, 12 disposed in a state where tip edges become near each other and a separation distance gradually increases as moving toward the other end edge; a plate spring portion 13 elastically urging each pressing plate so as to keep a closed position and allowing each tip edge to widen when applied with an opening power; and two locking members 21, 22 for locking a first reinforcement each of which is pivotally supported so as to rotate by pivotally supporting portions 15, 17 provided at positions near each tip of each pressing plate. A center portion of each tip edge of each pressing plate is provided with engagement recesses 14, 16 respectively capable of supporting a first reinforcement by engagement at the same time. In a nipping space SP between the first reinforcement RB1 supported by each engagement recess by engagement and each tip edge of each pressing plate, a second reinforcement RB2 can be engaged in a posture of crossing the first reinforcement while widening each pressing plate. In a state where the second reinforcement is supported by nipping in the nipping space, each locking member locks the first reinforcement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】交差する2本の鉄筋を保持する鉄筋保持具において、各鉄筋の保持力を高める。【解決手段】互いの先端縁を近接させ、且つ他端縁に向かう程に離間距離が漸増するように配置された2つの加圧板11、12と、各加圧板を、閉位置を維持するように弾性付勢し、且つ開放させる力が作用した時に各先端縁の拡開を許容する板バネ部13と、各加圧板の各先端寄り位置に設けた軸支部15、17により夫々回動自在に軸支される第1鉄筋係止用の2つの係止部材21、22と、を備え、各加圧板の各先端縁中央部には、第1鉄筋を同時に嵌合支持可能な嵌合凹所14、16が夫々設けられ、各嵌合凹所により嵌合支持された第1鉄筋RB1と各加圧板の各先端縁との間の挟圧空間SP内には、第1鉄筋と交差した姿勢で、且つ各加圧板を拡開させながら第2鉄筋RB2が嵌合可能であり、挟圧空間内に第2鉄筋が挟圧保持された状態において、各係止部材は第1鉄筋を係止する。【選択図】図1
